They come equipped with a King bed, independent a/c units for the bedroom and living room, cable tv in the bedroom, electronic safe, WiFi, desk, and the kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, a basic set of pots and pans, and dishes. We recommend it for one person or a couple, no children.
